Movement is afoot in the LIV Golf League, with several teams looking for new additions ahead of the 2025 season.

Legion XIII are on the lookout for a new recruit after Kieran Vincent was relegated out of the breakaway venture. Vincent is looking to return to LIV via the Asian Tour.

Bubba Watson also faces an uncertain future after finishing inside the drop zone after the Individual Championship in Dallas.

Anthony Kim was another player who finished on the wrong side of the dotted line, although there’s hope for the former US Ryder Cup star.

Kim was a LIV wildcard in 2024 after spending years in the golfing wilderness.

Despite finishing near the foot of the table, Kim is in line to rejoin one of the existing teams, according to Sports Illustrated.

LIV rival Hudson Swafford is set to be less fortunate, however. Swafford struggled at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship, and the American’s poor form will be punished. It’s understood LIV will not be inviting the 37-year-old back in 2025.

Anthony Kim 2024 LIV Golf record revealed

The 2024 LIV season was a lifeline for Kim, and it appears he’s done just about enough to maintain his status for next year’s renewal.

The breakaway league’s decision to add Kim to the roster was intriguing and certainly garnered attention. Given Kim’s reputation and prior popularity, it’s easy to see why a new deal in 2025 could well be on the cards.

For Kim, the high point of his season came during the Greenbrier event in West Virginia. The 39-year-old finished 39th and finished on six under, his second under-par finish of the season.

The low point of Kim’s season came in Miami, where he finished the event 21 over and in 53rd spot. However, performances toward the end of the campaign were undoubtedly more positive, and the American will be looking to kick on if and when he’s handed a breakaway league lifeline.
