Bryson DeChambeau broke the internet on Tuesday evening after trying to break 50 with former President Donald Trump.

As of Wednesday, July 24, the game-changing hour-long video had raised over $240,000 for the Wounded Warrior Project.

It was an intriguing watch throughout, with the pair regularly engaging in golfing conversation. Trump admitted he’s a big fan of LIV Golf star Patrick Reed and shocked fans after making an eagle on the par-four 12th.

Trump’s feature on DeChambeau’s YouTube comes after the 78-year-old was involved in a heated golfing debate with political rival, Joe Biden.

As a result, DeChambeau invited the pair onto his channel for a match. Now, ahead of LIV Golf UK, the big-hitting American has hinted at another political figure potentially following in Trump’s footsteps.

“First off, it’s an honour to play with anybody of that type of influence, no matter who it is on any political side,” said DeChambeau. “We were able to call out and ask him to play, and he said yeah, absolutely.”

The two-time major champion went on to suggest he has reached out to other politicians.

“We asked the other side, as well, and anyone that wants to play,” he added. “They’re more than willing to do something for charity. Wanted to make it about charity and the Wounded Warriors Foundation.”
