Nelly Korda is back on the LPGA Tour this week as she takes on The ANNIKA driven by Gainbridge at Pelican.
Korda is the defending champion at the LPGA Tour event in Florida, which she has won on three occasions.
But the former world number one has yet to win on the LPGA Tour in 2025, with Korda admitting to being “worn down”.
She was, however, in very high spirits as she played out a match against YouTuber Grant Horvat at The Concession Golf Club.
The duo played from the same tees at Korda’s home club, although Horvat, a plus-four handicap, started at -5.

Who won in a match between Grant Horvat and Nelly Korda
It was an intriguing battle between the pair, but the LPGA Tour star was gradually able to close the gap on her opponent as the round progressed.
Horvat finished his round on even par, with Korda sinking a birdie putt on the 18th hole to force a playoff after finishing on -5.
Korda made par on the first playoff hole, with Horvat missing his par putt to hand the former LPGA Tour number one the win.

Nelly Korda’s 2025 LPGA Tour results ahead of The ANNIKA title defence
The match arrived amid the debate of whether a scratch handicap male golfer could beat Korda, which is clearly much easier said than done.
She proved her class against Horvat, and will now be eager to produce a similar display at The ANNIKA at Pelican Golf Club.
Korda lifted the trophy at last year’s tournament for her seventh success of the season, representing the first player to hit that mark since Yani Tseng in 2011.

But this season has been a different story, although the two-time major winner has still impressed with eight top 10s and a low round of 65.
Living up to last year’s efforts was always going to be a near-impossible task, particularly with her injury issues this time around.
