Scottie Scheffler and Justin Thomas will be desperate for strong starts at The Masters, having been paired together for rounds one and two.
Scheffler has been tipped to win The Masters, which would involve the world number one defending his title.
Along with securing the green jacket in 2024, Scheffler emerged victorious at Augusta National Golf Course in 2022.
They represent his two major championship wins, with his fellow American Thomas also a two-time major champion.
But he has won both of his at the PGA Championship, with his fourth place finish in 2020 representing his best result at The Masters.

Justin Thomas discusses Scottie Scheffler during Masters practice rain delay
And his thoughts on the world number one have now emerged at Augusta, with sports commentator Scott Van Pelt detailing the situation with Ryen Russillo.
“What is different about Scheffler is that he is so content with who he is and doesn’t give a s— about any of the rest and truly doesn’t,” said Van Pelt.
“A lot of people say they don’t care, he truly doesn’t. I had lunch with television Steve Sans and Justin Thomas during the rainout yesterday.
“We just started talking about him and I think Justin looks at a guy, and was just sharing how there is a certain… I think people marvel at someone who can wake up every day and do the same thing, even after you got great at it.

“It takes a discipline to just go I am just going to hit balls and not going to change what I do because I am really good at it.
“Tiger [Woods] changed it a million times and I would always wonder why are you messing around, all you have to do is wake up and do what you do. Scheffler does that and what he does is, he drives it great, he hits his iron close and he makes putts.
“When he misses greens he gets up and down and knows how to win, and when he is close he does. That sounds really simple but it’s really hard to do in this sport.”
How is Justin Thoms looking heading into The Masters?
Amateur Jose Luis Ballester is set to learn a lot from both Scheffler and Thomas, joining the duo in rounds one and two.
But the more experienced pair will undoubtedly be focused on themselves at Augusta, where Thomas will be looking to build on his early season momentum.

Thomas has, however, started his 2025 season in a positive manner, with eight out of eight cuts made and two runner-up finishes heading into Augusta.
