Wesley Bryan says whether he'd rather play on the PGA Tour or LIV during lie detector test

Wesley Bryan is a PGA Tour winner but he’s most well-known for his YouTube content nowadays.

Bryan won the RBC Heritage way back in 2017, but that remains his only ever victory on the PGA Tour.

Interestingly, Bryan is now suspended from playing on the PGA Tour, after he played in a YouTube event – ‘The Duels: Miami’.

The 35-year-old clearly feels very hard done by and recently made it clear that he felt he was on the wrong end of double standards, so to speak.

Bryan bemoaned the PGA Tour’s decision to allow Brooks Koepka to return immediately, while he is not permitted to participate in their sanctioned tournaments, despite being a previous champion.

In spite of that, though, it seems like the Columbia, South Carolina, native still has huge respect for the PGA Tour.

LIV Golf have failed to establish themselves as a direct competitor to the PGA Tour over the past four years.

However, LIV have just obtained world ranking points, and that may well enable them to attract more top-class players in the future.

But where would Bryan prefer to play his golf?

The former PGA Tour star appeared on the Takomo Golf YouTube channel and answered a series of questions while hooked up to a lie detector.

He was asked whether he’d prefer to play on the PGA Tour or LIV Golf.

“PGA Tour,“ Bryan responded emphatically.

And the result came through from the lie detector test … Bryan was telling the truth.

That proves just how much allure the PGA Tour has in the professional golfing world.

Bryan has been banned from playing on the PGA Tour since April 2025, yet he would clearly still love to be a member.

While Bryan has one victory to his name, his results on the PGA Tour have been inconsistent to say the least.

Bryan is an incredibly talented golfer.

Whether he still has a future on the PGA Tour remains to be seen.

However, it’s clear that Wesley Bryan is more than happy creating content on his YouTube channel, for the foreseeable future at least.
