The DP World Tour reached its conclusion at the DP World Tour Championship in Dubai last week, with Rory McIlroy emerging victorious.
McIlroy was in a relaxed mood on the course on his way to a third successive Race to Dubai title, and a sixth title overall.
The Northern Irishman is now level with Seve Ballesteros and just two behind all-time leader Colin Montgomerie.
He and many other players will now be enjoying well-earned rests ahead of the new season, with Shane Lowry among those summarising their years.
A massive 2025 is now in store across the PGA Tour, DP World Tour and LIV Golf, particularly given it is a Ryder Cup year.

As per the DP World Tour website, Great Britain & Ireland captain Rose has shared his excitement for the tournament, saying: “Having two Ryder Cup team-mates in Tommy and Tyrrell in the team will be invaluable, but I’m looking forward to seeing how the rest of the team step up to this new arena.
“Having also played in 2023, I’m sure Matt and Jordan [Smith] will be keen to go out there and win the Cup so it’ll be great to watch them in action again.”
All players will be keen to impress as Donald watches on, with Tom McKibbin joining Fleetwood and Hatton in sharing his excitement for the event, having just clinched his PGA Tour card for 2025.
