The PGA Tour continues this week with the PGA Championship, where Xander Schauffele is out to defend his crown.
Schauffele is among the PGA Tour players dominating the field at Quail Hollow, but 15 full-time LIV Golf players are also involved.
Bryson DeChambeau shot even par in a practice round at the course, which witnessed heavy rainfall earlier this week.
DeChambeau enters the major championship as the most recent winner on LIV Golf, having triumphed in Korea.
Sepp Straka meanwhile won the Truist Championship, the last PGA Tour event before the PGA Championship.

PGA Tour urged to make big change after PGA Championship tee times confirmed
But there was outrage expressed by Rick Gehman before the action got underway in North Carolina, in which he has called for drastic change.
Speaking on Dan on Golf, Gehman commented: “Tee times in general are the most unfair thing about golf.

“Why does Rory [McIlroy] always have to play with Scottie [Scheffler]? Rory is never going to get the first tee time of the day.
“The tee times should be literally randomised. I don’t care about TV. What kind of joke are we talking about?
“Is this professional golf at the highest level or WWE entertainment? Who cares! The TV should work around it.
“It is so unfair. It should be completely randomised. You get whatever tee time you get. If it’s cr– it’s cr–, if it’s good, it’s good.
“If you have to play with good guys or bad guys it doesn’t matter. But someone is sitting around hand picking who plays with who. Do you know how hard it is to play in a super group?
“And they are doing it all the time. I don’t care about featured groups or marquee groups or anything. Have TV figure it out. I don’t care!”
Scottie Scheffler, Rory McIlroy and Xander Schauffele headline PGA Championship pairings
Featured groups have been a regular occurrence at such events, and there is clearly one that stands out above all others at Quail Hollow.
For the first two rounds of the PGA Championship, the top three players in the world – Scheffler, McIlroy and Schauffele – have been paired together.
It truly is a star-studded trio, with organisers clearly eager to maximise the attention the threesome will attract.
Fittingly, Scheffler recently clinched his first win of the season at The CJ Cup Byron Nelson, with McIlroy triumphing at The Masters.
Schauffele meanwhile hasn’t been at his best in 2025 thus far, but he lifted the PGA Championship trophy in 2024.
Other intriguing pairings for Thursday and Friday include Brooks Koepka, Rickie Fowler and Shane Lowry, and indeed Phil Mickelson, Tommy Fleetwood and Jason Day.
