Ludvig Aberg is among the PGA Tour players quickly turning their attention from The Masters to the RBC Heritage.
Aberg loved playing with Rory McIlroy at The Masters, with the duo having been paired together for the opening rounds.
McIlroy went on to win The Masters, with Aberg following his 2024 runner-up spot with a solo seventh finish.
Aberg cost himself over $500,000 with his nightmare finish at The Masters, which involved making a triple bogey on the 18th.
But his focus is now on the RBC Heritage, where he is joined by the likes of Scottie Scheffler and Xander Schauffele.

Ludvig Aberg puts new wedge in his bag after The Masters
Told in his pre-tournament press conference it was his best performance around the greens in a major championship to date, Aberg was asked if there’s anything new he’s working on in his short game.
“Not necessarily,” he replied. “I actually put in a new wedge this week compared to last week. I felt like some of the… when it gets really firm, it’s almost like a hard pan sort of underneath the surface.

“I felt like I was lacking a little bit in that. But it’s nice to see that it’s progressing. I don’t necessarily change too much.
“I just try to improve a little bit, a little bit, and to make it a little bit sharper. But it’s definitely nice to see that it’s improved a little bit at least.”
What are Ludvig Aberg’s around the green stats in 2025 so far?
Aberg will undoubtedly be frustrated with his ending at The Masters, with another very strong finish having been on the cards.
Still, it was only his second ever appearance at Augusta National, with the Swede certain to have a very, very bright future there.

Moreover, there is simply no time to ponder any mistakes given the rapid schedule, as Aberg now chases a second PGA Tour win of 2025.
He won at the Genesis Invitational earlier this season, and will now need to be fully switched on from the start to outcompete the likes of Scheffler and Schauffele.
