The PGA Tour show goes on! The Golfing Gazette has everything you need to know about the 2025 RBC Heritage.
It feels too soon for another tournament after Rory McIlroy’s heroics at The Masters just last weekend, but that’s what the schedule dictates.
The world’s best golfers will head around 100 miles south from Augusta National to take part in the next Signature Event, where Scottie Scheffler will defend his title.
Here is all the important information about the RBC Heritage, from how to watch to prize money.

World number one and defending champion Scottie Scheffler will be looking for his first victory of the 2025 season, and he’ll be joined by Xander Schauffele and Collin Morikawa.
Ludvig Aberg, Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas are some of the other high-profile names set to tee it up at Hilton Head.

The prize money at the RBC Heritage is $20 million in total because it’s one of the PGA Tour’s eight Signature Events in the 2025 season.
Here is what the top five in the leaderboard will earn:

RBC Heritage picks
The Golfing Gazette writers have predicted who will win the RBC Heritage this week:
Peter Lynch: He’s had a tricky start to his 2025 season after a rib injury, but Xander Schauffele has shown me enough to suggest that a return to winning ways is possible this week. He should have gained plenty of confidence from his T8 at The Masters.
Jordan Harris: Xander Schauffele went a little under the radar with how well he played at The Masters, finishing inside the top 10. He is third for strokes gained approach on the PGA Tour this year, which may surprise some. But that could be crucial at Harbour Town, given how precise these players will need to be.
Antony Martin: I’m going for Scottie Scheffler this week. Rory McIlroy’s win at The Masters will give Scottie the spark he needs to refocus and get back to winning golf tournaments.
James Shearman: Collin Morikawa is trending in the right direction, finishing 17th or higher in his last five events. He’s not won since October 2023, so he’s certainly due a win after some impressive golf in recent months.
