LIV Golf and the PGA Tour continue on their separate ways this week, with many of their players having come together at The Masters.
LIV Golf Mexico City is now up for the Saudi-backed tour, with the PGA Tour continuing with the Zurich Classic of New Orleans.
Club de Golf Chapultepec plays host to the former tournament, with TPC Louisiana the venue for the latter.
They arrive not long after the conclusion of The Masters, which was won by PGA Tour ace Rory McIlroy at Augusta National.
McIlroy was paired with LIV Golf star Bryson DeChambeau for the final round, but the American faded away as the Northern Irishman triumphed.

Ryan Lavner thinks LIV Golf players have a disadvantage for the PGA Championship
The PGA Championship is next up in the major championship calendar, which takes place at Quail Hollow next month.
And Ryan Lavner believes LIV Golf players already have a real disadvantage for the event, saying on the Golf Channel Podcast with Rex & Lav: “I always enjoyed watching Chapultepec when it was a WGC event.
“It’s at 800 feet elevation, they’re hitting 400 yard tee shots and driving par fours. It’s a lot of fun. I’m not sure it’s the best tournament venue and you are going to crown the best winner if you play that style of golf week in and week out.
“I do think it’s interesting to point out that it’s just Mexico and an event in South Korea the next couple of weeks before the PGA Championship for LIV Golfers.
“So a Jon Rahm, even though he finished strong at The Masters on the weekend and posted a top 15 finish, he was a complete non-factor. Brooks Koepka no showed.
“There’s not a whole lot of time to get these guys tournament tested and see exactly where they stand on two courses in Mexico and South Korea that might not necessarily be major championship tests.”
What PGA Tour and LIV Golf events take place before the PGA Championship?
The Masters has only just concluded, with McIlroy still rightfully earning plaudits for his tremendous success earlier this month.
But even he doesn’t have time to continue celebrating, with the five-time major champion now taking on the Zurich Classic.
He is certain to be in a relaxed mood on his first appearance since clinching the green jacket, primarily because of his win at The Masters.
But he is also playing alongside close friend Shane Lowry, while furthermore the pair won the tournament last year.

His sights will, however, be already be turning to next month’s PGA Championship, as will those of the LIV Golf players taking on Quail Hollow.
McIlroy’s win has continued the trend of PGA Tour success at major championships, with Scottie Scheffler and Xander Schauffele winning three of four between them in 2024, although DeChambeau did triumph at the US Open.
