The Solheim Cup is entering its final day today and it’s safe to say that Team Europe are facing a big uphill task to win the trophy.

Team USA lead 10-6 going into the final round of singles action and with just 14.5 needed to win, the Americans will be super confident.

Of course, stranger things have happened in golf and with 12 points to play for, Team Europe will be more than aware that they can get it done.

Naturally, key to making a comeback like this is getting off to a good start and for Team Europe, that means poster girl Charley Hull taking the win in game one in a mouth watering clash with Nelly Korda.

Hull and Korda are very much regarded as two key players for both teams.

Hull recorded a win yesterday alongside Georgia Hall, while Korda has had success for the USA.

And over over on social media, Ryder Cup legend Justin Rose has sent a message of support to Team Europe and made a prediction about Hull and Korda.

Justin Rose tips Charley Hull to beat Nelly Korda at the Solheim Cup

As we know, Justin Rose is a man who knows a thing or two about winning team golf events having been part of four Ryder Cup winning teams.

Rose played his part in last year’s win in Rome as well, contributing 1.5 points to take his total haul to 15.5.

And taking to his profile on X today, Rose has sent a message of support to Team Europe, with a nod towards the Miracle of Medinah thrown in.

There was controversy out on the course yesterday as well which will only set things up for a feisty finish today.

After Alison Lee holed out on the second hole for eagle, the American caddies took their shirts off in celebration in bizarre and wild scenes.

However, not everyone was impressed, as Max Homa and Pablo Larrazabal disagreed on the celebrations.

Going into the final day, then, Team Europe could well be fired up to shut the Americans up and as Rose says here, it has happened before!
