Viktor Hovland has hit form at the right time, impressing at the BMW PGA Championship just before the Ryder Cup.

Alex Noren won the BMW PGA Championship, but Hovland finished T5 at Wentworth, four shots behind the winner.

Both now turn their focus to the Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black, where Hovland is a player and Noren is a vice captain for Team Europe.

Luke Donald should be excited about Hovland, who returns to the side after impressing in Rome at the 2023 edition.

But while the Norwegian is aiming to win another Ryder Cup with Europe, he’s also been looking further ahead.

The 2025 Race to Dubai top 10 after the BMW PGA Championship

Africa’s Major includes a $6million purse, with the tournament taking place at Gary Player Country Club in Sun City.

The course has hosted the Nedbank Golf Challenge since 1981, with many high-profile names having made appearances over the years.

Johannes Veerman lifted the trophy last time out, following Max Homa in 2023 and back-to-back wins from Tommy Fleetwood before that.

The DP World Tour event returns in early December, where Hovland will be aiming to further rise up the Race to Dubai Rankings.
