Anthony Kim will return to LIV Golf in the 2026 season after qualifying for the league.

Kim finished third at the Promotions event last weekend, behind Richard T. Lee and Bjorn Hellgren.

The top three finishers at Black Diamond Ranch have now earned wildcard spots into LIV this year.

Kim has since received messages from several big names, including Tiger Woods’ former coach.

Hank Haney and Rick Shiels congratulate Anthony Kim

Hank Haney, who coached Woods between 2004 and 2010, was one of the first high-profile people to message Kim.

“Congratulations, Anthony Kim,” he said on X. “You worked your a— off and totally earned your spot, proud of you!”

Meanwhile, famous YouTube golfer Rick Shiels also sent Kim a heartfelt congratulations on his achievement.

“Huge congrats to Anthony Kim on qualifying his way back onto LIV Golf,” Shiels wrote.

“After spending time with him last year, I was seriously impressed. His work ethic is INCREDIBLE.

“If you follow him on social media, you can see it for yourself – day in, day out, constantly grinding, constantly working on his game.

“No shortcuts. No excuses. Fully deserved.”

Kim has struggled since his comeback to professional golf, but he is slowly becoming more competitive.

How Anthony Kim responded to LIV Golf qualification

Anthony Kim was understandably fired up about qualifying for another season of LIV Golf.

He has received significant criticism over the past few years, with many suggesting that he should give up.

That is why Kim felt obliged to hit back at his doubters after his latest achievement at the Promotions event.

“Thank you GOD, my family, close friends & everyone that continues to support me,” he tweeted. “To the keyboard warriors, SUCK IT.”
