Scottish Open picks
The Golfing Gazette writers have predicted the winner of the Scottish Open this week.
Peter Lynch: It’s a stacked field at The Renaissance Club, but I think Aaron Rai has what it takes to upset the high-profile names and clinch a big win before The Open Championship.
James Shearman: Xander Schauffele not only won this event in 2022, but he also won the Open Championship at Royal Troon last year. He enjoys the links golf challenge that many Americans don’t, and he’s due a win.
