Wyndham Clark has undergone quite a rise in recent times, both in terms of his achievements and his profile.
Clark was motivated by Scottie Scheffler in 2024, a year in which the latter won seven times on the PGA Tour.
The former meanwhile won his third title at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, although Clark is not enjoying the PGA Tour right now.
He is, however, a major champion, with the American having won the 2023 US Open at Los Angeles Golf Club.
Clark is now looking for his first title of 2025, having been dividing his time between the PGA Tour and TGL.

Wyndham Clark reverts back to process rather than outcome
He has also been dealing with the Netflix cameras in recent times, with the world number seven starring in the latest season of the Full Swing documentary.
And in series three episode five, he shared a big change that he has made to his game that has really helped his career.

Asked by golf influencer Paige Spiranac how he prepares himself for going into an event where he knows he’s a little more anxious than usual, Clark replied: “Well, the biggest thing is, I always go back to process, the actual doing of it, rather than the outcome.
“You know, for me, lately I have gotten a little too much into outcome focus, and recently we’ve switched it back to the process, and I’ve started playing good golf. And so all I focus on is perfecting that process and let the outcome take care of itself.”
Former US Open winner Wyndham Clark stills gets nervous on the first tee
Spiranac certainly knows Clark well, with the former explaining that the pair, both from Colorado, grew up playing junior golf together.
Speaking of the 2023 US Open champion, she said: “He was always going to be one of the best, now he has to deal with all the pressure of people looking at him and having to compete week, in week out, and being one of the top guys.”
And directly related to that, she asked Clark if he still gets nervous on the first tee, to which he replied: “Yeah, I mean, I do. I have those first tee jitters.

“You kind of hit the first shot and then you get to the green. But the great thing is as I’ve gotten better and more comfortable out here it kind of goes away sooner.”
Spiranac joked: “So that’s how you win a US Open,” with Clark responding: “Yeah, it’s kind of nice, golf can be fun sometimes.”
He lifted his one and only major trophy to date with a superb one-shot win over Rory McIlroy, with Scheffler three shots behind in third.
