Tom Kim is the leader at The Travelers Championship going into the final round after another up and down day in Conneticut.
The weather played havoc once more with the round as the storms swept in and around TPC River Highlands, forcing yet more delays.
However, the soft conditions also allowed for some really low scoring and after Cameron Young had fired an impressive 59, Tom Kim followed up with a five under of his own to keep atop the leaderboard.
The impressive 22-year-old is looking for his fourth win on the PGA Tour already and is a shot or two ahead of heavyweights like Xander Schauffele, Scottie Scheffler, and Akshay Bhatia.

Of course, going into round four, the weather could once again play a part, while someone like Cam Young could well go out and shoot a stupidly low score.
But for Kim, it’s all about just sticking to his process.

Tom Kim shares his tactics ahead of round four at The Travelers
Speaking in his flash interview after topping the leaderboard after round three, Kim has revealed what his game-plan is for the final round.
“You know, it’s all about execution out here. I’m going to go out with the same game plan and try and keep doing the things that I’ve been doing. If it’s good enough then great but if someone’s better than me then I can’t do anything about,” Kim said.
“So just kind of go in with the expectation of there’s just a stacked leaderboard and a five or six shot lead is not safe at all so I got to go out tomorrow with the same game-plan and execute.”
Kim will know the pressure is on to deliver and with the calibre of player behind him, there’ll be little room for errors.
The 22-year-old last won on tour in 2023, when he secured his second Shriners Children’s Open in a row.
Making it four wins before his 23rd birthday, then, will be quite the achievement.
