Jordan Spieth and Bryson DeChambeau are two of the most entertaining players in the game.

The PGA Tour and LIV Golf stars have brought huge joy to fans all over the globe with their incredible talents.

However, Spieth and DeChambeau are both very different in the way that they go about things.

Spieth has previously admitted to being a huge fan of DeChambeau, and even suggested that Masters officials may one day have to change the Augusta National layout in order to ‘Bryson-proof’ it.

Both players are deemed to be the up there with the most entertaining on their respective tours.

However, it has also been claimed by Brandel Chamblee that Spieth is a needle-move and DeChambeau is not, meaning that the PGA Tour have way more leverage than LIV Golf do when it comes to negotiating a merger.

Both players provide box-office entertainment.

However, they do it in very different ways.

Whilst DeChambeau wows spectators with his prodigious length off the tee, Spieth amazes them with his uncanny knack of getting out of tight spots all around the golf course.

Scott Van Pelt praised both Spieth and DeChambeau in a conference call with the Golfing Gazette, held by ESPN.

He said, Spieth sort of renders the announcer useless because he’s got a running dialogue at all times and he sort of has this existential — the way he plays the game I think people can relate to it, with the dialogue and whatever else. I think he’s buttoned up, where Bryson has clearly embraced the idea, and we saw it at Augusta National, we saw it last year at Pinehurst, where he’s like the people’s champ. Some have applied that moniker to him.

He’s going to embrace people in a very different way. Spieth’s dialogue is mostly with himself and Greller, whereas Bryson seems to be outwardly looking for the love and to give love back. I think they’re both wildly entertaining. It’s different, but Spieth is kind of this high-wire act. He played tremendous on Sunday. Scottie was so far ahead it didn’t matter. It’s like different radio stations but both fun to listen to, I think.

The two American Ryder Cup stars have both enjoyed extremely successful careers to date.

But who has the better stats?

It’s worth noting that DeChambeau has three LIV wins to his name as well.

And it has to be said, the LIV Golf player has been far better than the PGA Tour star over the past few years.

Spieth will be desperate to complete the Grand Slam at The PGA Championship next week, but DeChambeau will definitely be a major obstacle to his hopes of doing just that.

One thing’s for certain, both players will provide tremendous excitement for the galleries at Quail Hollow, and those watching on TV of course.
