Keegan Bradley catapulted himself into the top 12 of the United States Ryder Cup points list with his win at the Travelers Championship.
And unsurprisingly, speculation has started about whether Bradley could act as a playing captain at the Ryder Cup in September.
Bradley seemed to drop a big Ryder Cup hint after his stunning win at the Travelers Championship on Sunday.
He simply responded when asked whether he has convinced himself that he’s worthy of a place on his own team by saying: “Go USA!“
Back in May, Bradley admitted he was undecided about the prospect of serving as a playing captain in September at Bethpage Black in three months time.

Bradley winning and forcing his way onto the American Ryder Cup team has been a long time coming.
Now there is a very real prospect of Bradley having to make a big decision – play for Team USA, captain the team or do both!
Russell Henley says if Keegan Bradley should be a playing captain at the Ryder Cup
Bradley won by one shot from Tommy Fleetwood and Russell Henley at TPC River Highlands on Sunday.
Both of those players will almost certainly be at Bethpage Black later this year, on opposite teams of course.
Henley did his cause no harm at all with his tie for second at the Travelers.
And the 36-year-old spoke to reporters after his round about the prospect of Bradley acting as a playing captain at the Ryder Cup.
Firstly, Henley was asked about his own performance at TPC River Highlands.
He said: “Yeah, electric crowd. Pretty awesome to finish like that. Played really solid this week. Today I wasn’t doing a good job of getting it close enough to the hole to make a ton of birdies and when I did hit it to 10 or 15 feet I just didn’t convert as much as I would like. But I feel like I hung in there and did a lot of really good things.“
The American was then asked to share what impressed him most about his fellow countryman Bradley.

Henley said: “He just plays with so much passion. He wants it, he wants to compete, he wants to win. He just, it just means so much to him. That was a really, really cool moment on 18. I definitely feel for Tommy and I’ve been in that situation before and it stings, so it’s the nature of sport.“
But should Bradley be on the American team in September?
Henley responded by saying: “I mean, I hope so. I mean, he’s what 15th in the world and just won? So probably close to 10 now. I mean, he’s playing great. He’s been playing great. I think he would be a great teammate.“
Keegan Bradley’s PGA Tour stats, career earnings and net worth
Bradley has enjoyed a really successful career on the PGA Tour.
He has not even turned 40 yet either, so there is undoubtedly a lot more still to come from him.
Here is how his career numbers look so far:
| Finishes and earnings | Bradley’s career results |
| Events played | 398 |
| Wins | 8 |
| Top-5s | 43 |
| Top-10s | 68 |
| Cuts made | 304 |
| Career earnings | $55,138,565 |
And according to Celebrity Net Worth, Bradley has a net worth of $25 million.
However, he is probably worth a lot more than that, given the fact that he’s earned more than double the figure suggested above purely through tournament winnings.
Playing on the Ryder Cup team for the third time at Bethpage Black in September would be the icing on the cake for Bradley from what has been a superb 2025.
However, whether he is able to play as well as serve as captain is highly questionable.
