Marco Penge has earned his PGA Tour card for the 2026 season after an incredible year on the DP World Tour.
Penge almost lost his DP World Tour card last winter, and 12 months later, he’s considered one of the best golfers in Europe.
The Englishman won three events this season: the Hainan Classic, the Danish Golf Championship, and the Open de Espana.
He is now inside the top 30 in the Official World Golf Ranking and is expected to make a name for himself in the United States.
Penge revealed his main objective for the 2026 PGA Tour season in his press conference before the Australian PGA Championship this week.

Marco Penge reveals aims for debut PGA Tour season
Marco Penge is currently focused on the next two DP World Tour events in Australia, but he does have one eye on the PGA Tour.
Penge named five tournaments he is excited to play in next season, including the Players Championship and the Phoenix Open.
He also revealed that his goal is to win a PGA Tour event in his debut season and retain his card before the FedExCup Fall series, meaning he can return to Europe at the end of the year.
Which DP World Tour player is best placed to keep their PGA Tour card in 2026?
“I’m obviously looking forward to playing at Bay Hill, Riviera, and Torrey Pines, but the ones I’m looking forward to the most are the Players Championship and the Phoenix Open,” Penge said.
“I want to contend in the majors and try to get a win next year on the PGA Tour. That would be pretty cool in my first season. I want to get in contention as much as I can.
“I think the DP World Tour, for me, is a tour I really want to support; hence why I’m here [in Australia] this week.
“I want to try and play at least 10 times next year on the DP World Tour, so hopefully I can go well on the PGA Tour, [and] not have to play the fall events and come back to Europe. That’s my goal.”

Marco Penge cannot wait for one Masters moment
Penge will also make his debut at The Masters next year after qualifying via his victory at the Open de Espana in October.
The 27-year-old believes the highlight of his week at Augusta National will be playing in the Par 3 Contest alongside his son.
He explained: “As a father, I’m most looking forward to playing the Par 3 [Contest]; seeing my little boy having a hit in the white overalls at Augusta; how good’s that?”
“For me, [the Masters] is the best tournament to watch… the best players in the world are together, [the traditions like] the green jacket, Augusta National, the conditioning, the scenery.”
Great iron players win the Green Jacket more often than big hitters like Marco Penge, but Rory McIlroy is proof that distance off the tee can still be an advantage at Augusta.
So, with the form Penge is in, it would not be overly surprising to see him perform well in his Masters debut in April.
