Scottie Scheffler is fully focused on another title charge at The Masters, having recently been the main man at this year’s Champions Dinner.
Scheffler heads into round three of The Masters in T5, level with Shane Lowry, Matt McCarty and LIV Golf’s Tyrrell Hatton.
The world number one is on five-under after rounds one and two at Augusta National, three shots behind leader Justin Rose.
Before the action got underway, however, Scheffler was present at the annual Masters Champions Dinner.
Scheffler welcomed LIV Golf players at the Champions Dinner, where he was in charge of choosing the menu.

Jack Nicklaus shares his favourite part of Scottie Scheffler’s Champions Dinner at The Masters
He won the tournament last year and in 2022, with his fellow multiple winner of The Masters Jack Nicklaus now giving his verdict on the food choices.
Speaking on Under the Umbrellas after his appearance at the dinner, the legend said: “His menu was some chilli, which had some bite to it.

“It was spicy. It was a choice of steak or blackened red fish. I actually took the steak. They had mac and cheese and cream corn, and some kind of – they called it broccoli but I don’t think it was. It was more like kale.
“The best part to me was the skillet, the cookie with the ice cream in the centre. That’s what I ate! Then he had sliders to start with and firecracker shrimp and things like that.
“It was so much food if you had eaten it you would have walked out needing a stomach pump. But I was pretty modest in what I ate so it worked out fine for me.”
What is Scottie Scheffler’s scoring history at The Masters?
Scheffler and Nicklaus will have certainly had plenty to bond over at the dinner, with their love of golf perhaps outweighing the food discussion.
The former has won both of his major championships at The Masters, with six of the latter’s 18 major championship wins coming at Augusta.

Scheffler now has the chance to at least close the gap on the icon, but there is plenty of work to do in round three in order to do that.
He opened his latest attempt at Masters glory with a first round 68, which was followed by a second round 71.
