Who would have thought that Donald Trump would end up providing some of the best golf content around in 2024?

That’s exactly what seems to be happening though as the US presidential election candidate keeps wowing people with his golf game.

For so long, Trump’s actual golf ability had been called into question.

But that all changed when he did his YouTube video with Bryson DeChambeau and golf fans were shocked by just how good Trump was at golf.

That video shocked the YouTube world, as it became one of the highest viewed videos of the year and, in golf terms, of all time.

Of course, since then, Trump seems to be catching more and more attention for his golf game. Some would argue he’s getting more concentration from people on the course, than he is in his campaign to be president.

And once again this weekend, Donald Trump has left a lot of golf fan speechless with his latest effort.

Golf fans stunned as Donald Trump nearly gets a hole in one

In the footage, shared by the popular golf X account Nuclr Golf, Trump can be seen striping his iron shot into a par 3 over water and simply walking off and saying ‘go in the hole’.

Remarkably, the ball then stops dead around two feet from the pin after his son proclaims ‘it hit the pin, it didn’t go in but it hit the pin’.

Naturally, the clip has gone viral on social media and in fairness, the reactions to the shot are quite telling.

Another fan suggested that Trump could have been seriously low handicap had he put the time in over the years to really perfect his craft.

While @_ryanmccoy questioned why Trump is even running for president when he can simply play golf like this all the time.

Why would you want to be president when you could golf everyday?

However, there were some who suggested that the ball was simply placed there to make good footage.

Nevertheless, it all seems pretty real and there is a crowd of kids looking on there as well, which suggests it was a one and done thing.

In fairness to Trump, he did hit these sort of shots on the video with Bryson so he can do it.

But as the responses here prove, in the world of social media, nothing is ever 100%.
