Tiger Woods is set to return to the course this week as he takes on the PNC Championship with his son Charlie Woods.
Woods withdrew from the Hero World Challenge earlier this month, having been dealing with a constant back issue.
But Woods will be hoping the problem has cleared in time for the PNC Championship, which gets underway in Florida this week.
Woods will reunite with his son Charlie for the annual 36-hole team tournament at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Orlando.
Charlie Woods’s ball speed is already above PGA Tour average, with the youngster having teed it up with Tiger at the event since 2020.
How have Tiger Woods and Charlie Woods done at the PNC Championship?
The PNC Championship sees 20 professionals play alongside family members, with only champions of a major or The Players able to take part.
But Tiger and Charlie have never won the event in their four years of taking part, with Team Woods finishing seventh on debut when the latter was just 11 years old.

The duo massively improved to finish as runners-up in 2021, before finishing T8 and T5 in 2022 and 2023 respectively.

John Daly and Sir Nick Faldo join Tiger Woods at PNC Championship
The latest edition of the PNC Championship includes a star-studded field, headlined by Tiger and Charlie.
That star duo are joined in Florida by the likes of legendary figures Sir Nick Faldo, Gary Player, Fred Couples and Trevor Immelman.
Also taking to the course are women’s icons Nelly Korda and Annika Sorenstam, with the former having just won seven LPGA Tour titles in 2024.
Familiar faces Padraig Harrington, Lee Trevino, Bernhard Langer, Vijay Singh and John Daly will also play at the PNC Championship.
Justin Thomas and his father Mike won at Tiger’s debut in 2020, with Bernhard Langer winning with his son Jason last time out.
