The US Team have clinched yet another Presidents Cup thanks to their 18.5-11.5 victory over the International team.
Royal Montreal hosted the team event, where Jim Furyk guided the US Team to a 10th successive Presidents Cup win.
International Team captain Mike Weir is thinking how he could have done things differently in Canada, where his side fell to an early 5-0 deficit.
But the hosts secured a remarkable 5-5 comeback shortly after, only to head into Sunday’s singles trailing 11-7.
It was an impressive team performance from the champions, who will have gained plenty of confidence for next year’s Ryder Cup.

Dan Rapaport makes Patrick Cantlay MVP claim at the Presidents Cup
Rich Beem thinks several American Presidents Cup players will play the Ryder Cup, which wouldn’t be a surprise given their roaring success in Canada.
They all played their part, although it was Xander Schauffele, Patrick Cantlay and Collin Morikawa who shone brightest with 4-1-0 records.
But for Dan Rapaport, one stood out more than most, as he wrote on X: “They don’t hand out this award, but MVP of the Presidents Cup for me was Patrick Cantlay. All 5 sessions, 4-1 record, huge shots in the most important moments.”
Keegan Bradley certain to have learned from Presidents Cup experience
Cantlay was in fine form at Royal Montreal, with the 32-year-old stepping up for Furyk and his teammates when it really mattered.
The performance will have done his confidence the world of good, with Cantlay certain to get the call-up in future team tournaments.
It remains to be seen, however, what route 2025 Ryder Cup captain Keegan Bradley goes down for Bethpage Black.
He will definitely already be thinking hard about his selections, and will certainly have learned a lot from the Presidents Cup.
A player and assistant captain role may have been too much of a burden on Bradley, with Furyk’s decision to register him solely as the former in Montreal definitely paying off.
