LIV Golf star Bryson DeChambeau has a strong message he’d love to share with the PGA Tour if he was in charge of Greg Norman’s breakaway venture.

The American is never afraid to push the LIV Golf brand, and DeChambeau has praised the progress made in the league’s first 100 rounds.

Despite his love for LIV, the 2023 US Open champion regular speaks about the PGA Tour; DeChambeau actually asked for an invite to the PGA Creator Classic, which takes place at East Lake next week.

And the 30-year-old’s latest comment directed at Jay Monahan and PGA officials is particularly interesting.

In an exclusive interview with Golf.com, DeChambeau was asked what he would do if he were LIV Golf’s commissioner.

“Wow, good question,” he responded.

“I think I would pick up the phone and call the PGA Tour and say, ‘We need to have a meeting and get this thing [agreement between the two tours] worked out now’.”

Currently, eight months after the December 31 deadline, the PGA Tour and PIF are no closer to reaching an agreement to end the current divide within golf.

The latest on the PIF and PGA Tour talks

Despite ongoing talks in the background, the PIF and PGA Tour are reportedly no closer to finding a resolution.

And Monahan’s recent comments indicated that the end is nowhere in sight.

The PGA Tour could have dropped a big LIV Golf clue after its 2025 schedule was announced. Those on golf’s traditional circuit are prepared for at least another 12 months of division.

Given the PGA Tour’s stance and failure to resolve the issue thus far, golf fans and all those involved in the game may have to wait until 2026 or 2027 for the saga to come to a head.
