Bryson DeChambeau is looking to end the LIV Golf season on a high as the Individual and Team Championships take place.
It’s been a memorable season for the big-hitting 30-year-old, who captured his second major title at the US Open.
DeChambeau’s Crushers GC are also leading LIV Golf’s team standings, and the American, along with Paul Casey, Anirban Lahiri and Charles Howell III, is looking to land the top spot in Dallas next weekend.
However, despite the many positives, the two-time US Open champion has admitted he’s disappointed not to have won a LIV Golf event thus far.
Bryson DeChambeau details LIV Golf disappointment ahead of Chicago event

Speaking ahead of LIV Golf Chicago and the Individual Championship, DeChambeau shared his disappointment at going winless thus far.
“Yeah, it’s disappointing,” the American said. “I think we’re all capable every single week, and we have a great chance to do it.
“We just, unfortunately, haven’t had the cards fall in the way that we want them.”
Once the 2024 season concludes, DeChambeau has admitted he wants to improve his wedge game to compete more regularly at the top of the leaderboard.
LIV Golf Team Championship explained
Per LIV Golf’s rule book, the Team Championship is a format that incorporates match play and stroke play, which creates head-to-heads all over the course.
The 2023 edition in Miami used a seeded knockout competition on the first two days, with singles, foursomes and match play used.
Finally, during Sunday’s play, the winners are decided using a stroke play format. The 12 teams compete for a $50 million prize fund, with the winners taking home $14 million.
It’s certainly an innovative format that the PGA Tour could recreate to increase excitement at the season-ending Tour Championship.
