Bryson DeChambeau is atop the leaderboard at LIV Korea and he’s been offering his take on some of the influential players from the region currently doing the business on the tour, including the experienced Kevin Na.
Na is one of a number of players on LIV with Korean roots and his Iron Heads team are hoping to make an impression this weekend.
At the moment, Na is four under par down in 18th, while teammate Jinichiro Kozuma is further up the leaderboard in T9.
As for the aforementioned DeChambeau, he is in prime position to finally land another LIV win and he’s been giving some kind words towards Na and his Iron Heads squad.

Bryson DeChambeau gives honest opinion on Kevin Na and Danny Lee
Speaking to the press after topping the leaderboard after round two of LIV Korea, DeChambeau was asked about his relationship with the players of Korean heritage on LIV.
And when discussing Kevin Na and Danny Lee, DeChambeau had high praise for both players.
“Danny Lee is a good friend. Kevin Na is a super nice guy. We’ve been close for quite a while. Those two have been awesome ever since playing before LIV. Now on LIV we’re good friends, and we give each other a lot of jabs and banter back and forth,” DeChambeau responded.
“Danny is some special human being, though, I’ll tell you that. He’s awesome.”
Kevin Na’s golf career in numbers
At 41, Kevin Na has been around long enough to have seen it all on the PGA Tour and now the LIV tour and he’s got enough experience to warrant the respect he has off Bryson DeChambeau.
In terms of his career on the PGA Tour, he’ll be able to look back on it as a success.
More than 450 starts, five wins and 79 top tens mean he’s more than been successful.
| Kevin Na’s career | |
| PGA Tour starts | 458 |
| Wins | 5 |
| Top tens | 79 |
| Top fives | 44 |
| Official prize money | $37,819,638 |
In terms of his move to LIV, he guided the Iron Heads to a runners up spot last year in the season finale, albeit his own form hasn’t been great and he’s yet to win.
Nevertheless, Na is clearly a big player in the league and bringing LIV to Korea will feel massive for him and his family, as well as his current teammates.
