Bryson DeChambeau was extremely solid at Augusta National on Friday, during day two of The Masters.
LIV Golf star Bryson DeChambeau is absolute box-office in every way, and he has looked like one of the most in-form players at this year’s edition of The Masters.
On paper, Augusta National should suit the 31-year-old American down to the ground.
Dechambeau is one of the longest players in world golf and he possesses wonderful imagination in and around the greens.
Brad Faxon revealed earlier this week how Bryson DeChambeau had been in incredible spirits during the build-up to The Masters.

The 31-year-old American certainly looks like he’s completely at peace with himself now.
And a green jacket is surely waiting for him at some point in the very near future.
Bryson DeChambeau says he hit ‘unbelievable’ shot on day two at The Masters
DeChambeau ended the second round at Augusta with a seven-under par total, after firing a 68 on Friday.
He is finely poised heading into the weekend.
Bryson didn’t find himself out of position too often on day two of The Masters, but when he did, he scrambled incredibly well.
And Dechambeau admitted that he even surprised himself out on the course on Friday, when speaking to Sky Sports:
“That was huge on 18, I didn’t want to three-putt twice. 16 and 18, if I would have bogied those two holes, that would have been frustrating for me.

“I made a couple of huge par saves, number 10 was unbelievable, how I got that up and down, I don’t even know how.
“I felt like today was a bit of a grind with that wind, I felt like i was hitting it a lot better. The ball just got into a couple of weird places, and didn’t go in the hole a few times but I made it when it counted.“
Does Bryson DeChambeau regret leaving PGA Tour to join LIV?
The long-hitting American was highly criticised after joining LIV Golf in 2022.
Bryson has since spoken out about how he has absolutely no regrets after leaving the PGA Tour to join LIV.
The 31-year-old is clearly enjoying his golf right now, and is more than capable of competing at the very highest level major champisonhips.
Will Bryson DeChambeau make it three major wins by triumphing at The Masters this week?
There’s every chance that that could happen.
