Andrew ‘Beef’ Johnston roared back to form this weekend at the European Masters as he finished a very respectable third.
Johnston has been trying to bounce back this year after stepping away from golf for a while with a number of issues but he was in fine form as he chased down Matt Wallace this weekend.
In the end, Johnston’s efforts just weren’t enough as he couldn’t manage a birdie on the final hole.
But still, it was a remarkable week for ‘Beef’ as he once again proved he can be a major player on the DP World Tour and beyond if the stars align.

Of course, Johnston has had a number of mental health issues and he spoke openly and candidly after his round of those battles.
Naturally, the golfing world has rallied around Johnston after his comments and over on social media platform X, PGA Tour star Billy Horschel was among those to show Johnston some love.
