Adam Scott is leading at the BMW Championship as he looks to pick up what would be a huge win for him to end the season.
Scott carded a stunning round of nine-under par in his second round to take a three shot lead over Keegan Bradley ahead of day three at Castle Pines.
Scott took advantage of some favourable conditions to go so low but while others didn’t quite finish up on the greens, Scott was on fire.
The Australian has not won on the PGA Tour since 2020 but another two solid rounds could well change that.

Scott, of course, is now into the later side of his career at 44 but he seems to have found some form.
However, Scott admitted he had to use his experience on the 18th hole as he was tempted to get carried away and go chasing the 62 and ten-under par.
Adam Scott explains why he didn’t try and shoot a 62 during round two of the BMW
Speaking after his final round of of 63, Scott admitted he’d thought about going for a 62 but in the end, played it safe on 18.
“Ten under sounded like it had a nice ring to it,” Scott said.
“But the old wise head on the shoulders said aim a little bit left and see if you can hole a long putt. It’s fun to shoot a low round. I can’t remember the last time I shot 63 out here.”
Scott is currently in the mix to make the Tour Championship having rocketed up from outside the top 30 to the top five as it stands.
The Aussie has been one of the big winners from the last two weekends while the likes of Rory McIlroy are struggling to get anything going.
Scott, then, could well pick up a big win and then remarkably find himself in contention to win the lot come East Lake next weekend.
