Travelers Championship picks
The Golfing Gazette writers have predicted which player will win the Travelers Championship this week.
Jordan Harris: Cameron Young has turned his season around in recent times and was in the mix on Sunday at the US Open. He also has a 59 at TPC River Highlands, so perhaps this is his week to finally win on the PGA Tour
James Shearman: Xander Schauffele started the season slowly due to an intercostal strain, but he’s been solid in the last handful of tournaments. He’s one of the best iron players in the world, and that will be important at River Highlands.
Peter Lynch: Rory! He’s having quite the time of it this season, both on and off the course, but I think he’ll get back to a high standard this week and come out on top. He’s also paired with Keegan Bradley, so why not send him a real warning after just being confirmed as Europe’s first Ryder Cup player for Bethpage?
