Nelly Korda should be the player to beat in the 2025 LPGA Tour season, having dominated the scene in 2024.

Korda won seven LPGA Tour titles this season, with the world number one very impressively taking her career tally to 15.

The success came despite Korda having plenty of complaints about the speed of play on the LPGA Tour, with Charley Hull having also expressed frustration at the slow pace on the course.

Hull, a two-time LPGA Tour winner, is another one to watch next season after her impressive displays this time around.

The top players on the tour will have more to play for than ever next time out, with an LPGA Tour record $13million prize money on offer in 2025.

Korda and Hull will likely fight it out for many titles, but the star duo could be in for a real challenge from three other players.

Jeeno Thitikul

Thai star Jeeno Thitikul has thrown her hat into the ring for a big 2025 after claiming the top prize at the CME Group Tour Championship.

Thitikul holed more than 600 feet of putts throughout the tournament, helping the 21-year-old earn the largest first-place prize in women’s golf of $4million, with her best definitely yet to come.

Rose Zhang

Also just 21, Rose Zhang already has two career wins, with her 2024 earnings alone topping $1million thanks to one title and five top 10s, along with 16 cuts made.

The American is only going to get better with age and experience, although Zhang being compared to Tiger Woods on Golf Channel last year could pile the pressure on her young shoulders as opposed to working in her favour.

Hannah Green

Australian ace Hannah Green clinched three of her six career LPGA Tour wins in 2024, ranking her joint-second in that regard behind only Korda.

The 2019 Women’s PGA Championship winner was a real force last season, with the 27-year-old’s experience perhaps giving her the best chance of toppling the likes of Korda.

Green currently occupies sixth place in the women’s world golf rankings, with Thitikul and Zhang in fourth and 13th place respectively.
