Shadow Creek Golf Course information
Shadow Creek is an 18-hole golf course in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was established in 1990 and later redesigned by Tom Fazio.
Shadow Creek plays 7,560 yards (6,913 meters) and is a par 72. Dustin Johnson’s six-under-par 66 is the course record.
How much it costs to play Shadow Creek Golf Course
Shadow Creek is one the most expensive courses to play anywhere in the world. One round cost $600 in 2019 and was upped to $1000 in 2021.
It now costs an outrageous $1250 in peak season. But at least the price includes golf carts, caddies, rental clubs and even transportation to and from the course.
Shadow Creek used to only be accessible to a select few, with Michael Jordan, Wayne Gretzky and Sylvester Stallone among those to have played there.
However, the course is now open to guests of the many MGM Resort hotels from Monday to Thursday each week. It remains invite-only on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Membership at Shadow Creek Golf Course
Shadow Creek does have members but, as you can imagine, it’s not as simple as paying your signing-on and annual membership fee and off you go.
To be considered for membership at Shadow Creek, one must fit the criteria decided by MGM, which is not public knowledge.
Each member has their own locker in the spectacular locker room. 41st US president George H.W. Bush is thought to have kept fishing equipment above his locker to use in the golf course lakes.
