The WM Phoenix Open is here! The Golfing Gazette shares all the important information about the event from the TV schedule to payout and much more.

The 2025 PGA Tour season started slowly with many of the top players absent from the opening tournaments.

That all changed at last week’s AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, with Rory McIlroy winning in emphatic style, and now it feels like the campaign is properly underway.

And where better to build upon the excitement than the Stadium Course at TPC Scottsdale – home to the rowdiest golf fans in the world?

Here is everything you need to know about the Phoenix Open 2025 – a spectacle you do not want to miss.

WM Phoenix Open 2025 predictions

The Golfing Gazette writers predict who will win the Phoenix Open title on Sunday:

Peter Lynch: Scottie Scheffler can hold his head high after a T9 finish on his return from injury, and even though it’s still early days, I think his game is absolutely still in the right place to overcome his rivals this week. He’s a very welcome return for the PGA Tour, but certainly not for his fellow players.

Jordan Harris: Sorry to be boring, but Scottie Scheffler will bounce back from an underwhelming finish by his standards – a tied ninth at Pebble Beach – and win in Phoenix for a third time. His worst finish at TPC Scottsdale over the last three years is tied for third.

James Shearman: It’s hard to overlook 2022 and 2023 winner Scottie Scheffler but I’m predicting one player who beat him at Pebble Beach last week to do so again here: Tom Kim. The South Korean looked virtually back to his best in California and he’s due a win after missing out in all of 2024.
