The AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am 2025 predictions

The Golfing Gazette writers predict who will win the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am title on Sunday:

Jordan Harris: Given the importance of good iron play around Pebble Beach in particular, Collin Morikawa could go one better than at The Sentry and secure victory here. A win with Scottie Scheffler in the field would be a real statement of intent from Morikawa as thoughts ever so slightly turn to major season in a few months.

Peter Lynch: It’s hard to know what to expect from Rory McIlroy on his first PGA Tour event of the season, but he’s been getting his eye in on the DP World Tour and TGL, and I think he has what it takes to get a big 2025 season off to a winning start.

Sam Stone: “The easy route is to back Scottie Scheffler here. Despite claiming he was rusty upon his PGA Tour return, the world number one ranked first for strokes gained approach at Pebble Beach. However, I think it’s only a matter of time before Justin Thomas wins for the first time in three years. Thomas is trending in the right direction and if his putter gets hot, there’s no reason why he can’t contend when at his best.”
