Travelers Championship predictions
The Golfing Gazette experts have made their picks for the Travelers Championship this week.
Peter Lynch: Patrick Cantlay just missed the cut at the US Open, which I think should motivate him to contend for the title this week. He’s due a win, big time, and he has really impressed here before.
James Shearman: Xander Schauffele ticks every box ahead of this week’s Travelers Championship at TPC Highlands. The world number 11’s elite iron play suits the golf course well, and he has already won the event (2022). Schauffele is also in excellent form, finishing in a tie for 11th place at the US Open.
