The Masters is rapidly approaching, with many PGA Tour players now counting down the days to Augusta National.
But there is also LIV Golf interest in the Masters, with Bryson DeChambeau eyeing an Augusta practice round before the major championship begins.
Scottie Scheffler meanwhile will be out to defend his title, having clinched his second Masters win in three years in 2024.
And the latest PGA Tour winner Viktor Hovland is aiming to improve before the Masters, having just won the Valspar Championship.
As ever, Augusta National plays host to the first major championship of the season, which gets underway on April 10.

Dan Rapaport surprised Luke Clanton doesn’t have Masters invite
But there is a real surprise as the Masters draws nearer in the eyes of Dan Rapaport, who took to X to share a fresh verdict on Luke Clanton.
“As of now the world’s No. 1 amateur Luke Clanton (and world No. 93) has not been invited to the Masters Tournament,” wrote Rapaport.

“There are 5 ams in the field – including the U.S. Am champ, runner-up and NCAA champ. 2 exempt amateurs turned pro and lost their spot.
“Clanton won the McCormack Medal but that doesn’t get him in. I’m a bit surprised by this. Augusta National can use a special exemption on whomever they want, and Clanton’s been such a great story in the game this year.
“And with two exempt amateurs already out, feels like this would’ve been a great use of an invite. Still time?”
How has Luke Clanton done on the PGA Tour in 2025 so far?
There is, of course, still time for the Masters to bring in Clanton, who has since risen to 91st in the Official World Golf Ranking.
The world’s top players will be taking on the huge challenge at Augusta, and while the 21-year-old will likely have plenty of chances to join them in the future, he will be desperate to make the cut next month.

The American has been busy on the PGA Tour in 2025 so far, with Clanton experiencing somewhat of a roller-coaster season.
He has missed the cut twice from his five starts, with two top 25 finishes before his T42 finish at last week’s Valspar Championship.
