Tommy Fleetwood had another year to write home about, having clinched silverware at the very start of 2024.
Fleetwood will play at the Team Cup this January, having signed up to the event at Abu Dhabi Golf Resort.
Not far away from Abu Dhabi, Fleetwood clinched the Dubai Invitational title on the DP World Tour to kick-start his season.
Unfortunately, however, his DP World Tour success ended there, although a fantastic silver medal did go his way at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Fleetwood has the 2025 Ryder Cup to focus on, with the Englishman set to be desperate to represent Team Europe once more.

Tommy Fleetwood reacts to his ‘special’ 2024 season
First, however, he has summarised his 2024 season, having played across the DP World Tour and the PGA Tour.
Fleetwood posted on X: “2024 season has had some very special milestones that as a family we have treasured.
“Starting with a win finally in front of my family at Dubai Invitational… Knowing that Ian Finnis (his caddy) was ok and healthy again was a huge relief… Oscar not only earning a Challenge Tour start but me caddying for him and then him making the cut!
“Mo partnering me on the road in the US was a special time. Representing and being on the podium for Team GB in Paris was surreal with my family there to watch.
“As much as I love my job and love the game, it’s highlights like this, that make my year special and make me thankful.
“I appreciate the support I get around the world as always, it truly means a lot and keeps me striving for more.”
Fleetwood also thanked his many sponsors, before adding: “Everything I do is for my family. I wish you all lots of love and happiness at Christmas time with your family and friends!”
What were Tommy Fleetwood’s stats in 2024?
Fleetwood secured his seventh DP World Tour title in Dubai, having made 11 of 12 cuts throughout the year.
On the PGA Tour meanwhile, he once again failed to secure a maiden title, with four top 10 finishes going his way.

A superb T3 place went his way at the Masters, but he finished his major season with a disappointing missed cut at The Open Championship.
In between, the 33-year-old Englishman finished T26 and T16 at the PGA Championship and US Open respectively.
