Tom Kim is one of the most exciting young players in the golfing world and Tiger Woods has offered up a ringing endorsement ahead of 2025.
Kim has already won three times on the PGA Tour at just 22 and he came second at The Open this year to cement himself as a major player in the game.
The key now for Kim is to get himself in contention more consistently and like so many, get that first major win under his belt.
Key to Kim performing will be off-course discipline and constant improvements.
And according to Tiger Woods, Kim is well on the way to making those improvements after noticing his efforts at the Hero World Challenge this week.

Speaking alongside Smylie Kaufman in the commentary booth in Albany, Woods got onto the subject of Kim and his game heading into 2025.
And according to Woods, Kim is looking stronger after some hard work in the gym.
“What he has got is stronger. He has lost a little weight and got a little stronger. Done some really good work in the gym and it’s paid off with some miles per hour,” Woods commented.
Can Tom Kim win a major in 2025?
In the end, Kim finished ahead of Justin Thomas in second and there is a lot to be positive about for the Korean heading into 2025.
Converting good form into major wins is the next trick really but there’s no reason why he cannot do it.
Kim showed his class with a third round 62 this weekend and with his passionate run-ins with Scheffler in 2024, he is very much a contender to win big next year.
At 22, time is very much on Tom Kim’s side and it feels like it’s a matter of when, not if, he wins on the biggest stage.
