Whatever level of the game you play golf at, there is surely nothing worse than slow play?

Going out on a weekend with your friends on the fairways and being disrupted by someone in front who takes a long time in everything they do can be infuriating.

Thankfully, in the professional game at least, the game is often moved on and players are warned about slow play by rules officials.

However, there are still some out on the PGA Tour who push the boundaries and consistently play slowly.

And revealing a couple of those players, Matt Fitzpatrick’s caddie, Billy Foster, has suggested two current players are really bad for it.

Billy Foster names the two slowest players on the PGA Tour

Speaking about the 19th – Uncut YouTube channel, Foster was asked just who the slowest players are on tour right now.

And Foster, in typical honest fashion, was quick to name two players.

“Currently Tom Kim. Brian Harman, he has 12 [wiggles] before he hits it. You get dizzy watching him,” Foster said.

“They are good players, great players, it takes all types. But get on with it lads, will you.”

Slow play is unbearable on the PGA Tour

It’s hard enough dealing with slow play when you are an amateur, so for professionals, it must be infuriating.

Indeed, as a spectator, watching a big tournament on TV and seeing it disrupted by slow play is hugely frustrating.

Every player does it to an extent but as Foster says here, there are some players who take things to the next level.

Harman and Kim are two obvious names to mention. But on the greens, someone like Patrick Cantlay is equally as frustrating, while even Rory McIlroy takes his time when he’s not quite in the zone.

In the modern era when everyone wants things quicker than ever, you can imagine more and more players getting frustrated by slow play as the years tick by.
