Rory McIlroy is finally a champion at Pebble Beach, having won the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am by two shots.
McIlroy was relaxed as he walked the 18th at Pebble Beach, where he was making his 2025 PGA Tour season debut.
Four-time major champion McIlroy wants to keep the momentum after his victory at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, which represents his 27th on the PGA Tour.
McIlroy started the final round one shot behind Sepp Straka, but finished on six-under for the day to move to 21-under for the tournament.
Irishman Shane Lowry finished a close second on 19-under, with Justin Rose and Lucas Glover tying for third on 18-under.

Both McIlroy and Lowry made hole-in-ones in the first round of the AT&T Pro-Am at Pebble Beach, with the former now sharing his delight at triumphing at the iconic course.
“Pebble Beach is one of the iconic venues in golf,” McIlroy wrote on Instagram. “There is so much history and I am grateful to now be a part of it.”

The Northern Irishman carded rounds of 66, 70, 65 and 66 to edge out his competitors at the California course.

McIlroy needed a big push on Sunday to come out on top given the star-studded field involved and the competition at the top of the leaderboard.
But he remained utterly calm and composed throughout, with the four-time major winner carding just one bogey in his final round.

He accompanied that with five birdies and a stunning eagle on the par-five 14th, which was clinched with an expert putt.
Lowry then eased the pressure on the leader with an agonising missed birdie putt on the 17th, undoubtedly allowing McIlroy to feel more at ease with one hole remaining.
And rather than attempt the spectacular on the final stretch, he did what he needed to do with a handful of very sensible golf shots.
It has certainly given an insight into his maturity and ability to get over the line, with club choice having come back to haunt him in several near misses last year.
