RBC Canadian Open predictions

The Golfing Gazette writers have predicted who will win the RBC Canadian Open this week:

Peter Lynch: All eyes will be on Rory McIlroy after his recent absence from the PGA Tour, and indeed, given his impressive history in Canada. But I think his close friend Shane Lowry is the man to beat this time around.

Jordan Harris: Corey Conners has been superb for much of this season without winning, so he gets the nod to follow in Nick Taylor’s footsteps from 2023 and give the home crowd a Canadian winner this week.

Antony Martin: I’m going for Sam Burns this week. The Louisiana native has been knocking on the door this year, and I think it could now be his time.
