While Grant Horvat has filmed with the likes of Bryson DeChambeau and Phil Mickelson, it appears that his most exciting collaboration is coming this week, with Horvat teasing a video with Tiger Woods.
If any further proof was needed, the latest PIP confirmed that Tiger Woods remains the biggest superstar in the game of golf. It says everything that he holds onto that spot despite Scottie Scheffler producing the best year anyone has had since the 15-time major champion was at his peak.
And thus, it is a huge moment for the YouTube golf space that Grant Horvat has filmed a video alongside Woods, which is set to be released this week.
It is not clear what the video format will be. It is hard to imagine that it will be an 18 hole vlog. But Woods has previously been involved in challenge videos on the platform.
Michael Kim reacts as Grant Horvat teases video with Tiger Woods
Whatever the video proves to be, it is bound to be successful. And it represents the latest step towards bringing the worlds of YouTube and professional golf together.

But it seems that the PGA Tour is not going anywhere near far enough. Taking to X following the teaser of the video, Michael Kim insisted that it is imperative that the tour make much of an effort to embrace the platform if they want to attract new audiences to the elite game…
What the PGA Tour is doing to embrace YouTube golf
It definitely does feel as if the tour which embraces YouTube golf the most will really benefit in the years to come. It was notable just how many fans complained at Wesley Bryan barely being shown on the television coverage as he tied the course record at the Butterfield Bermuda Championship late last year.
Players are certainly leaning into the platform more. Horvat will join Phil Mickelson in a 2 vs 2 series this year, while Bryson DeChambeau‘s sharp rise in popularity has coincided with the Crushers GC captain stepping up his interest in producing content on YouTube.
The PGA Tour has launched the Creator Council, and did host the Creator Classic ahead of last year’s Tour Championship.
But some members want to see the tour do a lot more, a lot sooner.
