Brad Dalke is arguably Good Good’s best golfer, having taken on both The Masters and the US Open once upon a time.

Dalke finished runner-up at the US Amateur in 2016, earning him a spot at the two major championships the following year.

The University of Oklahoma graduate did, however, fail to make the cut at both tournaments, although he can of course be hugely proud of his efforts.

Dalke’s talent is still there for all to see with Good Good’s exciting exploits, although one aspect somewhat lacking in his game has now been suggested by Michael Kim.

Michael Kim suggests why Brad Dalke is not playing on the PGA Tour

Replying to a comment that Dalke could be a high-level PGA Tour player, one-time winner Kim wrote on X: “Brad is a very good golfer. But the difference between him (and many others) and PGA Tour pros is being able to perform under pressure.

“Playing well in the Internet Invitational and trying to make it through Q School for example is basically comparing two different sports.”

Brad Dalke makes driver admission in response to Michael Kim claim

Kim’s claim has drawn plenty of reaction, with Dalke himself responding to the verdict and his driver issues in particular.

He replied on X: “To be fair I did have the driver yips (and basically full swing yips) all three years of my pro career.

“Even in meaningless money games I couldn’t keep it on the planet back then. Now the driver is my best weapon.”

Kim continued the discussion: “I know all too well what that is having dealt with the same thing for a while. Happy for you that it’s all worked out.”

And Dalke responded: “I appreciate it! It’s about the most hopeless feeling in the world and I’m so happy I’m on the other side of it now haha always been a big fan.”

Kim has certainly been able to iron out his issues, having enjoyed a superb PGA Tour season this time around.

He hasn’t been able to double his wins tally, but the American finished as runner-up once and claimed four top 10s from his 27 starts.

Kim has also impressed on the DP World Tour, and enjoyed a strong start to this week’s DP World Tour Championship, having claimed his maiden win at the Open de France in September.

Dalke meanwhile remains a hugely popular figure in the world of YouTube, while he is clearly well-respected by many professionals.
