Max Homa has posted a brilliant reaction on Instagram after finishing tied for 35th at the PGA Championship, with many golf fans in hysterics over his comment concerning Scottie Scheffler.
Max Homa had the epitome of a steady week at Valhalla, with the American shooting a 68, 70, 69, 69 to finish -8 in Kentucky.
Unfortunately for the 33-year-old, he was unable to ever contend in the way he had done for much of The Masters last month.
Of course, the man who beat him at Augusta National was Scottie Scheffler, with many also tipping the world number one to triumph at the PGA Championship.

Scheffler’s week will certainly not be one he will forget in a hurry, but not necessarily because of what happened on the golf course.

That made the 27-year-old’s performance all the more remarkable, with Scheffler finishing inside the top 10.
However, Homa – who seems, from the outside, to be one of the most modest players on tour – was not impressed to finish below Scheffler – judging by his outstanding Instagram post following the end of his final round…
And plenty of golf fans were saying the same thing in response to Homa’s post…

Scottie Scheffler with another reminder of his superhuman ability
Scheffler’s performance in the circumstances just shows what an outrageously good player he is at the moment, as that cannot have been a pleasant experience on Friday.
How he was able to put that to one side and still finish in the top 10 is ridiculous, in truth.
Homa meanwhile, may not have been in contention this week, but there is no question that he is one of the most popular players around right now.
