Matthew Wolff has shared whether he cares about not being paired with Brooks Koepka for the final round of LIV Golf Singapore on Sunday.
Wolff, 25, currently sits three shots back the five-time major champion, who carded a superb 64 on Friday.
With Wolff and Koepka within striking distance of each other, talk of a previous feud between the duo has once again emerged in media circles.
In 2023, Koepka publicly humiliated his former Smash GC teammate, suggesting he had “given up” on him and that he was a “wasted talent”.
Subsequently, Wolff was traded to RangeGoats GC before the start of 2024, with Talor Gooch heading to Smash.

As previously mentioned, the pair being in close proximity on the leaderboard has seen speculation emerge ahead of the final round.
Courtesy of footage from Ten Golf, Wolff has opened up on how feels about Koepka now and whether he’s bothered about his Sunday grouping.
He said: “I don’t really think it really matters [the grouping]. I am out there focusing on myself, trying to play the best that I can play.
“I’m not worried about what other people are doing. Every single tournament and round, I just go out there, give it my best, and that’s all that I can do. As I say, I can’t control what other people are doing, so why focus on them.”
What has Brooks Koepka said about Matthew Wolff ahead of the final round of LIV Golf Singapore
Koepka has also taken a diplomatic stance on the media’s questioning. The American was quick to highlight that he’s recently played with Wolff and that any such feud is a distant memory.
The five-time major champion said: “Look, I have no problem with Matt. We just didn’t gel and see eye-to-eye on how things were or how I thought they should be. I’ve always liked him as a person. I think he’s a great kid. I’ve said that to a bunch of people even behind closed doors during everything last year.”
For now, the pair appear to have placed their differences firmly behind them. However, it would be intriguing to see how Koepka would feel about Wolff should the 25-year-old snatch victory on Sunday.
Placing him directly in front of the media would not be a good idea!
