Brooks Koepka has bravely decided to play the role of the villain in the final round of LIV Golf Andalucia this weekend.
The five-time major winner, who captains Smash GC on the LIV Golf tour, has been in fine form this season.
He currently sits sixth in the individual standings, with Smash occupying fifth place in the team standings.
Koepka is among the big names taking part in the latest event in Spain this week, with Real Club Valderrama hosting the tournament.
Spanish star Jon Rahm is also on the lineup in his home country, while compatriot Sergio Garcia is also competing on what is his favourite golf course in the world.

Golf fans love what Brooks Koepka did ahead of LIV Golf Andalucia final round
Spectators have been enjoying the action so far, with many golf fans absolutely loving the decision from Bryson DeChambeau to put on a fan’s hat after it blew onto the course in round one.
Ahead of the final round, it was Koepka who was attracting the attention of those watching on at LIV Golf Andalucia.
Having been paired with Rahm and Garcia, the American donned an England jersey ahead of the Euro 2024 final between the Three Lions and Spain.
Koepka was greeted with a chorus of boos and jeers by spectators, but one user on X said of the joke: “Love it! The LIV gang does have fun!”
A second user wrote: “A+ trolling, Brooks,” with a third commenting: “Brooks is the man lol.”
A fourth said: “Brooks is a funny guy. That’s truly trolling at an elite level.”
Another user who loved the incident said: “I don’t hold him in high regard but he’s just gone up a point in my book.”
Others commented: “That’s hilarious,” “Brilliant Brooks wind them up for later,” and “New found respect for him.”
Brooks Koepka teases LIV Golf rivals Jon Rahm and Sergio Garcia
Garcia saw the funny side of the joke, but it took Rahm a little longer to get on board, with the latter eventually cracking a smile and telling Koepka to play with the England jersey on as he was taking it off for more appropriate attire.
As per Smash GC on X, Koepka certainly knew what he was getting himself into, saying in the car before approaching the tee box: “England jersey, playing with two Spaniards, the whole crowd is Spanish… this will be interesting.”
The American is clearly in high spirits at LIV Golf Andalucia, which he will be treating as practice for The Open Championship.
The competition is one of the two majors that he hasn’t won, with Koepka boasting three PGA Championship titles and two US Open titles.
He will be keen to add the upcoming major to his honours list next week, but that is something that his latest playing partner Garcia cannot do after his failure to qualify.
