Jordan Spieth has not had the best few years on the PGA Tour and it’s safe to say he’ll be very much looking to get back to his best in 2025 after injury.

Spieth has not won an event on the TOUR since 2022 and has won just twice since 2017, where he won The Open to make it three major wins in just two years.

Of course, there have been reasons behind Spieth’s lack of form.

Spieth confirmed he’d had wrist surgery in the summer to try and rectify a niggling problem that had been holding him back.

However, with the 2025 season looming, it looks like Spieth is well on his way to being back amongst it.

Jordan Spieth gives update on his wrist injury after surgery in 2024

According to quotes from the Sirius XM PGA Tour Radio, Spieth has been speaking about his injury and it looks like good news for the new season.

Spieth has said that he is now ‘pain free’ and practicing without any sort of restrictions as he looks to get back to winning ways in 2025.

Jordan Spieth’s best results of 2024

For someone who has won three majors and is still very much in his prime years, 2024 was a disappointing year for Jordan Spieth.

Indeed, Spieth missed the cut seven times in the 22 events he played, and managed just three top tens the entire season.

Worryingly for Spieth, he missed the cut at The Players, The Masters, The Memorial, and the Scottish Open, while he could only muster a 43rd, 41st and a tie for 25th in the other majors.

Spieth, then, will be hoping his latest update is the end of his problems and he’ll be desperate to get back contending in the new year.
