Jon Rahm’s red-hot LIV Golf form shows no sign of letting up, with the Spaniard leading the way at Greenbrier.
The two-time major winner made seven birdies and an eagle on his way to a stunning 62 at the West Virginia venue.
The 29-year-old’s emphatic second round was the perfect outcome for LIV after Rahm was linked with a blockbuster return to the PGA Tour ahead of the event.
Rahm has since spoken about his impressive recent form and claimed that a change to his driver shaft is making a huge difference.

Speaking after his second round at Greenbrier, Rahm claimed that changing driver shafts after LIV Golf Houston is a key reason behind his success.
“There’s a before and after Houston where I changed the shaft in my driver,” Rahm explained.
“The driver shaft that had been so good to me for ten years was no longer properly fitted for me. I had outgrown it.
“It was making me manipulate my swing a little bit too much. Where some good swings I wasn’t getting the results I wanted. Automatically, when I changed to this Ventus Black, it was quite a quick change where my game started to feel a lot better.”

Rahm’s round was the perfect outcome for Greg Norman and LIV officials.
The rumours linking the Spaniard with a return to the PGA Tour were far from ideal, but now, all signals suggest Rahm feels right at home in his current surroundings.
And Norman has since confirmed Rahm is happy with his decision to move to LIV.
“I read an article yesterday about how Jon is so unhappy here [LIV Golf] and that he wants to give back his money. It’s just not true,” Norman said.
The Shark added: “You speak to Jon’s general manager; it’s like laughable. I just truly don’t get it. I truly don’t get the divide.”
