Bryson DeChambeau might be the poster boy for LIV Golf but it’s safe to say that a lot of his fellow LIV players have failed to impress over in India so far.
A number of top LIV players, including DeChambeau, have taken their talents to the International Series event in India this week in what is a first for the country.
DeChambeau has spent much of the week impressing fans with his interactions and golf clinics but when it came to the actual course, the American knew was in for a tough test.
DeChambeau labelled the course ‘diabolical’ in terms of difficulty and that seems to have translated into the performances of some LIV players.

How the LIV players have performed at the International Series India
As with any difficult golf course, it’s going to catch a few casualties and it’s safe to say the Gary Player course has done just that.
While Bryson himself is doing ok at one under par and Joaquin Niemann is top of the pile on an impressive six under after two rounds, other LIV stars are struggling.
New Fireballs GC signing Luis Masaveu is way down the board at seven over, while Carlos Ortiz sits at four over, with new LIV signing Frederik Kjettrup three over, along with Scott Vincent.
Cameron Tringale is sat at one over par, while it’s worth pointing out some of the LIV players are doing well higher up the board.
Anirban Lahiri is one under, while Abraham Ancer is in contention at three under.
Interestingly, two former LIV players, Eugenio Chacarra and Chase Koepka are in the mix as well at minus three and minus two respectively.
With the LIV season due to get underway very soon, a number of players in India will be keen to put this one behind them and find form quickly.
