It is not often that the PGA Tour and the LPGA Tour cross paths, but this unique event features many of the top players from both circuits.
There is also a lack of team competition in professional golf, so this multi-format tournament is one that fans will definitely enjoy.
The Golfing Gazette provides all the important information about the Grant Thornton Invitational, including the teams and format.

Grant Thornton Invitational predictions
The Golfing Gazette experts have made their predictions for the winner of the Grant Thornton Invitational.
James Shearman: Charley Hull has an excellent record at the Solheim Cup, and she should also relish playing in this team competition. She was supposed to be playing with Daniel Berger, but he has now been replaced by Michael Brennan, who won his first PGA Tour event in October. The duo will certainly be fun to watch and could even win the trophy.
Jordan Harris: Corey Conners and Brooke Henderson finished second in this event in 2023. And after Conners’ impressive showing at the Hero World Challenge and Henderson’s top 10 finish at Tiburon at the CME Group Tour Championship, they have a fantastic chance to go on and win this time around. Team Canada all the way!
Peter Lynch: I’m backing the 2023 champions, Lydia Ko and Jason Day, to come out on top once again. They evidently have great chemistry, which, along with their fantastic abilities, makes them strong contenders.
